I was able to log out of the US store. Switch to the UK store. Create a new UK ID and download the apps, there are two.
I got them to play music on the phone. I havent been able to get it to work with the car though through the MMI.

What firmware version is your MMI. The latest app needs firmware 566 or higher.

I have yet to get it to actually stream to my car though!

I think Audi should have added the option to use third party apps such as Spotify or
I think Audi should have added the option to use third party music streaming services such as Spotify or a new one like Tidal. There streaming service suck and there are vehicles that are less expensive that you can use these apps, Also control and see album art.
