Has anyone figured out how to get fresh air into the A7 without having to open windows or sunroof? If I try to just get fresh air through the system it is hot - dealer says Audis pull air in over the engine and that is the cause. Would like to not always have to use/live in A/C.

That's a story. Cabin air does not flow over the engine first. The dealer told you that because they don't know how to allow non conditioned air to enter the cabin. Air enters the cowl at the base of the windshield. That area should be sealed off from the engine.

I don't know how to adjust the controls to eliminate the air conditioning either. I would be interested in learning how it's done.
