Good News...Bad News
Good News - Production moved up a week and my new ride was produced 1/24/13;
Bad News - I have to wait until March 11 for delivery to West Palm Beach.
Oh well. Patience has never been a virtue of mine.

What is Peat? I figured out the rest and it's very close to my selections but I don't know what Peat is.

Totally Agree!. "Peat" refers to a darker brown contrast located midway on each door panel and following to a darker carpet.
I just thought it would break up the monotone look of the interior; I've something similar on my TL which has an "Umber" (baseball glove color) and black lower panels and carpet.

As you should be; I thought very hard about your color; it wasn't the extra $2500, but I'm a Leo, so garnet red is the default color!
That said, yours is gorgeous, and I said as much when you first posted which coincided with my test drive/color choices, etc

I think "Peat" is the new term for "Moor Brown"
Gonna look great; gives the doors a nice contrast.
