LED vs Xenon Headlights

yep, I am having a tough decision, I found two identical cars, color, mileage, options, price, except one is CPO and has cold weather package (no LED headlights), and the other has the LED headlights (no CPO or cold weather).
Is an extra 2 yeas of worry free driving worth the offset of not having those beautiful LED's...first world problems as they say.

I concur with your logic and it does justify it as a heated steering wheel is nice. Just not a huge fan of the a5 headlights and hope the a7 xenons that are adaptive provide more usable light output.

Hi all:
I plan to step up to an A7 shortly and can't decide how much of a practical difference the prestige xenon adaptive headlights are compared to the full LED headlights.
Aside from the aesthetic differences (LED looks much better), is the LED output that much better?
Any input is appreciated.

So in cold areas like MI I would stick to the CWP. Therefore, if you are in a warmer climate I would swap for the LEDs.

Location, location, location.... I have Xenon and I get a lot of comments on how bright they are. They are just as good as LED and in harsh cold, dense MI fog they do the trick. The LEDs are brighter; however, the Cold Weather Package was a better option for me.

Any member willing to part ways with their 2012 a7?

Same thing here! First I heard mention of the "Corporate" label applying to the LED's..
I opted not to go with the Cold Weather Pkg as it seems to only add a heated steering wheel and rear seat heaters... The Heat button for the steering wheel replaces the * button, which seems to be the only way to skip tracks from the steering wheel.
