Hi
Everytime I make a call using the handsfree system I can hear the other party well but they complain about lousy voice quality.
This is particularly bad when driving, it seems that the road noise gets through the system and makes it sound like I'm calling from a midst of a hurricane.
Does the A7 just have a bad microphone, or is there something wrong with mine. Does anyone have a similar experience with HF?
Thanks,
-K

Check under Telephone > Settings
Something like that. The option is called "Mic Sensitivity" I believe.
Adjusting makes a huge difference for the person on the other end of the call.

I adjusted my levels with someone on the other end and it had no real long term impact. was able to momentarily improve for that caller but still encounter the issue on day to day basis.

Just wondering, did any of you guys with the problem have the dealer check on the TSB fix I mentioned in post #4? I believe that fixed this exact mic issue that's being described for other folks.
