Default Quartz gray vs Daytona greay pearl for swirls

Wondering if anyone could share their opinion on these 2 colors. I haven't been able to see the Daytona gray pearl in person yet and wondering just how dark it is? How well it hides swirls vs the quartz.

Assuming quartz would do a little better job, but do like some of the picture of Daytona. Very OCD about swirls and trying not to make myself crazy if I can avoid it.

Daytona Gray is a darker color and it might show swirls more than quartz. It looks great in the sun and it's high on my list of favorites.

Default Quartz gray vs Daytona gray pearl for swirls

I have the Daytona Gray and I ABSOLUTELY love it. I get comments all the time about how rich the color looks. I too am a nut about swirls and they have never been an issue for me.

See attached picture.

I'm a big fan on the dark (like Daytona), however I love the Quartz I got. It strike the perfect balance I think. People are always raving about the color to me. I would do it again.

I am partial to Quartz. :-) The contrast with the wheels works better for me.

I liked the Daytona Grey, but purchased the Quartz mostly because I loved the brown interior option and that wasn't available with Daytona. No swirls AT ALL on the Quartz after a year. It's a great color.

Get the Daytona!

I have a Quartz A6 and only long to have a Daytona Pearl Effect.

That said, if you hate swirls, Opti-Coat 2.0 your car. I did my father's BLACK A8L over a year ago and there aren't any swirls.

The guy only owns 1 microfiber towel that I gave him and I'm sure he's dropped it and stopped using it.

This stuff will keep your paint amazing.
