Can i just purchase the s-line exterior package on top of the premium plus without having to pay for the Prestine package of $6k more? Is it really worth it to spend another 6k just to have the s-line front and rear bumpers? I got a lease deal of $895/mth for the premium plus with white exterior/naugot interior....decisions decisions......

Nope, the s-line exterior only comes with prestige package. But the package includes adaptive xenons, ventilated seats, 4 zone climate, bose and a few more things. Btw, the package is "only" $3k. The main reason why I wanted the prestige package is that you need that to get the innovation package, which is part of why I bought this car.
