Yup, saw the news from a difference source. Very plausible. It would be hard to imagine losing control of your 1 mil car because you are trying to reach a cell phone and "letting the car idle in the water because he was bitten by mosquitos" Nothing in the story makes any sense. I hope the court makes a wise decision on the case.
