My dealership in Minneapolis has been sub par at best. Enterprise rental cars as loaners do not help my perception. What is really irritating is that I had an issue that was confirmed via the tech when hooking up my car to the computer. But they said they could not fix until they experienced the fault for themselves. The SA ended up driving my car for more than 50 miles and finally experience the fault. When I get the car back, the gas gauge was down almost a quarter of a tank, the car was not washed and full of water spots, and the issue with buzzing in the door panel was still obvious as I drove out of the service area.

Audi has granted franchises to alot of shady auto dealer groups, as well as alot of their embedded base that came from the Volkswagen dealerships. At least here where I live, every single BMW and Mercedes dealer is up to high standards, not true for Audi - you really have to do your research on your local dealer network before buying/servicing, to know who to avoid.

For the members in the greater Boston area - would anyone recommend one of these dealers for good service? All 5 are a reasonable distance for me.

Audi of Brookline
Audi Burlington
Bernardi Audi
Audi Shrewsbury
Audi Westwood

(BasicSlvr has recommended Shrewsbury)

We are happy to help AudiWorld members out when it is time to find an alternate to the dealer.

I deal with one that is outstanding (Midtown Audi in Toronto, Canada), couldn't be happier. They have been in the VW/Audi business for 35 years, for a good reason.
