Default PL: Rainbow module blocked obd scanners

Helo
i bought the third generation of rainbow module for my a7 50tdi 2018. The firmware is upgraded. The problem is after I connected the device it block my obd scanners. I got elm and thinkdiag. Both can’t access the obd. Of course g meter power and torque works. Now I decided to remove the device to get the access to obd because non of the tricks like hood, flashers etc. works. After I remove it and wire to factory still no access to OBD. Any idea what happend?

beat regards

Which firmware did you upgraded? Rainbow, virtual cockpit, or gateway

problem already solved, the rainbow returned to seller and the gateway reflashed because rainbow damaged the gateway firmware

Just installed Rainbow Box on mu 2020 S4 B9.5 (post-facelift)…everything seems to be working perfectly but since installing I get 3 chimes (randomly) while driving. It’s not the seatbelt warning and there are no fault codes with OBD11 scan. Started after installing rainbow box does anyone know what it is and how to stop it? And it’s not the “loud warning beeps” it sounds the same as seatbelt chimes but I know it’s not because I changed that to 1 chime and it’s definitely a separate or different thing Cause when that “chimes” the seatbelt (red) icon displays on dash…ANY INSITE WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!!
