Default "Official" time estimate for timing belt replacement

I've searched through the forum history, and can't seem to find a definitive answer on this.

What is the 'official' mechanics time allotment for changing the timing belt and related components (water pump, thermostat, etc). I've gotten a quote of 10 hrs, and 14 hrs, but then I've seen some on the forum say it's about 6 hours.

Since I'm new at this, I guess this is something printed in the Bentley manual?

Thanks,

Kent
