Default Another follow-up... called local dealer (Tom Wood) for comparison. $253 +/- ?!?!!
Just asked what the price is to replace a CV Joint on a '97 A8. Maybe I'll just take it there?

Are they replacing the joint, or just outer boot? Sounds like outer boot
