Hi all-

Recently discovered this board. Very cool.

I bought a new A8L about a year ago. Very happy overall with the car. I like that it is still a rare sight on the road, although I see more and more Audis every day where I live (SF).

I have a question about a problem with the Menu data entry ****. When trying to scroll though menu options with the ****, it often seems to get stuck - bouncing back and forth between two choices no matter how much I turn it. Not getting any help from the dealer. Anyone run into this and figured out how to fix it?

I suggest you get your dealer to replace switch. Remember it is a relay just like all toggles and they can fail.

Maybe you're at a submenu level where only two choices are available.

No. It happens in all menus, no matter how many choices. Another example is when entering an address it gets stuck between a random pair of letters. Every once in a while it works perfectly, though.

BTW, your S8 looks sweet on the track. I'm thinking about getting track certified...
