That may or may not be it, but it is a likely candidate...
I had a p/n, somewhere.... can't find the receipt 
The Bentley just lists it as the "vacuum hose."
It may be safer to just remove the hose and test the valve. I'm not sure how to test it, though.

is it ok to remove the hose. will the allow air to enter the system?
i touched this hose and moved it a little bit and i heard a faint hissing sound. didnt want to pull it out and allow air in.

Did it hiss with the engine on or off?????
We never drove the car with the hose removed. At one point we cut the check valve out of the equation and just had the hose hooked up with some hose clamps, but it was safe to take it apart for the small amount of time needed to replace it.

was it a warranty repair?
maybe their story will be different giving that this will be chargable work.
