Japanese steal the technology developed by the Germans and make the service experience better because they don't have the wasted dollars on R&D, so they can use that money on "service"response teams, still make money and have happy owners.

Sounds as though the speed warning is set for a school zone! Document your visits to the dealer and tell them you are willing to work with them TO A POINT. After that point, it will be your decision, if these problems are not rectified, whether to do a collateral exchange or "give" the car back. As for the full tank of gas, I cannot print my response here. Tell them to go...................!!!!!
