10 miles at 130MPH would this over heat the transmission?

If a coolant line has been blocked would this have caused my transmission failure. I ask because I will install a larger aftermarket one when the new transmission comes in.

That would be five minutes of driving. The trans would be locked in top gear, presumably. I don't think there would be a lot of heat generated.
Disconnect the return line, see if you have fluid flow at idle for a second or two. (Hose or plastic bag.)
Oversize coolers can cause their own problems in cold weather.
I'm not sure of the implications of a totally blocked cooler, though. Is there a relief valve somewhere?

Take the lines off and blow trough with compressed air slowly. The tranny can overheat in less than a minute without the cooler working properly. It belched all the fluid out on the top breather. You will need a new/rebuilt torque converter and probably a few clutches. The extra pressure popped a few seals too.
