Hi,

Anyone with any advise on this check engine code? No noticable engine power loss or rough running...

Default I think I found my answer

Very likely a vacuum line issue. I remember this past Summer there was an occassional vacuum leak fault which went away when the Summer temps subsided. Likely a soft hose or a leak getting larger.<ul><li><a href="http://wiki.ross-tech.com/index.php/17549/P1141/004417">http://wiki.ross-tech.com/index.php/17549/P1141/004417</a</li></ul>

Default Nice to know - thanks.

I've been waiting for one of these vacuum leak gremlins to show up on my scans.

Default Re: 17549 - Load Calculation Cross Check: Implausible Value?

same code and message for my 01 when i had it service just after purchase this past oct. shop, a reputable german, id it as map, maf or vent blockage but could not get further and suggested dealership, otherwise they are just replacing until they hit on right root cause. dealership came back with o2 sensor which they replaced. i cannot say if thier diagnosis was accurate but the fault code was reset and i passed inspec.

Default Both O2 sensors were replaced about 10K miles ago....

There have also been various vacuum hoses replaced...I keep seeing a Purge Vent Valve listed on ebay for a variety of Audi applications and I'm wondering if this has something to do with the vacuum system and perhaps not fully functioning...anyone replace this purge vent valve?
