Im selling my 1997 A8 for what I own it for because Im gonna try and get my hands on an S8 next week I own this car for $7000. The car has 112k on it. New brakes in the front, all the timing belt goodies, the oil cooler and the coolant pipe, and the best part a rebuilt transmission and all this was done three weeks ago. If a car goes way low, there's a reason for it.
I looked a an S8 while I was there. It went for $14K with 80K milesm and I was pissed that I missed it.
Then I went to post-sale and saw it. It was a piece of sh*t. They could not have paid me to buy it.
That doesn't mean you can't get a deal or save some money. But cheap cars get cheap money, and good cars get good money...it's that simnple.

I agree with that 100 percent but it is better when it is a cheap car coming from someone who does not know what he has

What exactly is this "auction" and where is it? I hear bruce and the dealer that I bought my A4 from always talking about this so called "auction", along with a friend who got a very nice s4 from this "auction". Clue me in please!

I am not sure.Will wait for their response.All you need to buy from the auction is a friens with a dealer license.
