I'm about to GIAC this car.
Does recoding it to 00011 sport mode become moot/unnesc or will I still need to do it to realize a shifting advantage?
Also, is it safe for me to remove the ECU on my own? Anything I need to be concerned about -- don't want to screw the car's electronics up. For example, I heard that improperly removing the seats will cause the airbag to deploy.. that's the kind of mess I'd rather stepover. :-)
