2000 A8 Won't Move

My car just started doing the same except I drove it fine in the morning, when I went to pick up my kid from school it wouldn't shift into any gears. The display shows the gear selected but there's no change to the transmission.. no Reverse no drive. Even in neutral the car cant be moved its still in park mode. When i switch to gear 2 and raise rpms all lights light up on display for gears but still car won't move no matter what gear. Only code I get after all lights light up is incorrect gear ratio.. ? Any ideas?
