Crap. Of course it made it to work, but not back. Everything seemed normal on my drive in this morning and when I came back out, I got it, the steering wheel moved into place but the dash lights didn't come on. I engaged the starter, it turned over and started (like it's getting enough gas to do that) and then it dies. I tried this several times at various throttle positions and the results are the same each time. When I leave the key on, the dash lights are still off but the battery light is on. I don't know if weather is a factor, but it was about 20 degrees when I tried to start it (although it's been much colder than that here in the past few days). It's about 50 miles into a fresh tank of 91 octane gas.
I'm taking my OBDC out to the car tomorrow to see if there are any codes, but I didn't know if any of you guys out here have any likely culprits (or prior experience)!
Here's hoping I'm not looking at thousands of dollars in repairs!

It's a simple fix, pull your instrument cluster and reseat the connectors.. It has happened to me and others.. it's a very good feeling when you get done.

So, I had 2 codes. 1 Was for an O2 sensor and the other was for a computer error. I disconnected the battery cable, waited 15 minutes and put the battery cable back on. Voila! The car starts, runs and isn't complaining (at the moment).
We'll see if there's something deeper going on over time and I'll also hook the code scanner back up to see if it's spitting out any more codes.
