Default The VB is the valve body, that controls all the shifting.

You can use a machine if they have a right fittings, but you still need to check the level.

Default Sorry I'm late to this game - I'm going with "lethargic throttle response" due to...

...foot remaining on brake too close to throttle application.

A few here posted about this phenomena a couple weeks ago. I finally experienced it last Fri. but have been gone since to bother posting.

I "made" it happen. Left foot brake and release at same time as you hit the gas. BOG!

It's the ESP crap or whatever intervening and cutting throttle - my unedumucated guess.

I'd say your tranny is fine! 8-) Yours could be due to as others metioned some sort of brake pedal return spring / switch issue possibly. Or you just got eager on the gas before brake was off.

My worthless $0.00002.
