4.2 5V cold start misfires and unstable idle? In my case it was a loose intake manifold

The ten bolts were all loose. Tightening them makes it work like normal again. I'm adding that check to my 40,000 mile maintenance list.
Nothing had shown up in the long term fuel trim measuring blocks -- they were all very close to zero, but fuel trim doesn't happen during cold running enrichment, does it? So I guess the leak became insignificant as the engine warmed up.

They're pointing up, five to a side. T30 I think. Two are below ignition capacitors which can be removed, and two are below metal fuel lines for which the U-joint is helpful.
