Default Check if the power goes to the fuel relay.

Did I mention ignition switch?

I hooked a volt meter up to the relay connector yesterday, and got 12volts where the relay connects with the ignition on. I tested sites 28 to 34, and 32 to 34.

Default There is two powers there.

One is the power, that the relay going to send to the pump. The other one is a smaller wire, that pulls in the relay. That's the one you need to check. I don't have the Bentley so can't tell the wire colors.

So, if a new relay doesn't work, then I have to check the wire that supplies power to the relay switch?

Yes. I would check it with the old relay before buying a new one.
