99 Audi Corrosion Warranty (lil rust bubbles)

I am noticing some little rust bubbles forming below a door moulding. I think we have a 12 year rust through warranty, just wondering how rare this is on an aluminum A8, and what dealers do or don't do about it.

Had a similar problem...those little bubbles are filled with aluminum oxide powder as you would expect. Have no idea what my Dealer would have done since I have successfully avoided him for 4 years now. I bought a near-match touch-up paint since these bubbles seem to be in inconspicuous edge area, "popped" the bubbles, sprayed brake cleaner on a Q-tip and cleaned, than repainted to a presentable state.
I have been told anecdotically that one of those powered antirust cation generators like Eastman sells for antique car preservation "might" be the fix for these spontaneous areas of oxidation where no obvious trauma to the surface layer can account for air/H2O entering.
