It's growing on me. Although I hate the new Chrysler front mouth.

http://www.vask.co.nz/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=741</a

Default there appears to be a fight within the audi group

over the future use of the v10 designed for the gallardo. i have heard it stated that the italians made sure that the lambo-modified engine would not fit the new a6 which is forcing the use of the v8fsi 4v engine instead...

Funny, I don't think that Audi's bold, striking (IMO) new Auto Union Racer Style (aka shield) grille looks anything like the disgusting bling bling grille on any Chrysler. Also, Audi's AURS grille (which is really nice, IMO) is far superior to VW's gruesome chrome shield grille on that awful new Passat. I love chrome wheels. But the VW's chrome shield grille is a disgusting, classless mess.

Default I am glad that Lambourghini specifically made sure......

that the V10 would not fit in the engine bay of the new S6 and RS6. I would much rather have the twin turbo 4.2L FSI V8 in the new S6 and RS6 than a nose heavy, equally fuel inefficient V10 that is much less torquey and not much more powerful, if at all, than the less nose heavy twin turbo 4.2L FSI V8. Plus, the twin turbo 4.2L FSI V8 would help the new S6 and RS6 accelerate much faster at altitudes 2,100 feet above sea level and higher than they would accelerate with a nose heavy V10. Plus, weight distribution would be 52/48 front/rear with the twin turbo 4.2L FSI V8 and Torsen T3. With the NA V10 and Torsen T3, the weight distribution of the new S6 and RS6 would be 53/47 or maybe even 54/46 front/rear.
