Admittedly over my head...esp with the gear switch to accomadate FWD cover...but all these transmissions and valve bodies depend on elec signals to change gears...no mechanical "decisions", as I understand it. So I would guess electrical (electronic) also.
I thought that the TCM (trans control module) would self-adapt if all was compatible, but again over my head, especially with unfamiliar trans.
TozoM8 is much more qualified to diagnose or at least offer a very educated theory for your trans's behaivior.

Well, one thing have been not changed.. torque converter, would it have those symptoms ?
torque conv. has 300k kilometers on it and oil what i drained out from blown gearbox was brown..

No, your TC should be fine (no codes). We don't have those transmissions here in the US, but I know that the some of the AWD has the output speed sensor on the torsen diff. Yours don't have it because it is a 2WD. You need to take the pan off of both trans and see where the speed sensor is on your old one. It could be on that intermediate shaft that goes on the right side of the trans to the front diff. they have it there on the 5HP19. The output speed sensor tells the TCU that the car is moving with a certain speed so it is essential for the shifting points.

on 4hp18 CMK it had 2 sensors, 1 on the right side driveshaft flange and 1 on the left driveshaft flange, multifunction switch and 1 round connector behind gearbox, just above oilpan..
had no speed sensor ..
