19x8.5 ET35 will fit fine on an A8/S8
Using this Wheel Offset Calculator to compare it to my 20x9 ET39 (which has no problems), you'll have 2mm more fender clearence and 10mm more clearence with the upright.

Nope all audis have the same bolt pattern except the TT and I think the A3/S3..
Not sure about the A3/S3 but thats only in Europe. Otherwise Audi's have the same bolt patterns(5x112) across all lines except the TT. The TT is derived from the Golf, Jetta platform hence 5x100 pattern.
Only certain 17's will clear the A6 2.7T brakes. Avus rims for example.
With 19's you should clear fine on both cars. Careful with A6 that you dont get any rubbing. Not sure if you need to get your fenders rolled or not. I would check with the A6 folks to confirm. Definate check if you have aftermarket suspension on the A6. If running stock I am about 80% certain you'll clear on the A6.

I once saw TT rims( exact same) on a 2.8 A6. Looked awful, was seen while I was driving thru the inner-city of Boston. I had no idea how they fit on that car...

TT/A3/Golf/Jetta/Beetle = 5x100. 5kt&q/200/urq/S2/4/6/8A4/6/8/Passat = 5x112. RS2/Toureg = 5x130
early 4k/C = 4x100
4k/CGT/4kq/80/90/5k/100 = 4x108
I don't think I missed any?
I did forget the older water cooled VW's, which were all 4x100 except the VR6 cars, which were 5x100.
