Default A8 climate control
With A/C on, center dash vents put out real cold air and outboard dash vents put out super heated air...Help us!!!!

Sounds like the actuators are lost. I'd start by reinitializing the climate control with the VAGcom if you have one.

I had a similar problem, but it turned out to be a lack of refrigerant. See my post above.
