I just replaced a dual filament brake light on one side, and the new bulb is bigger and much brighter.. So I took the other new bulb, popped it in the driver side to match the "almost fog light intensity" of the other brake light, and I was disappointed.

The US fog light/ reflector portion is in the driver side, but it is not near the brake light. I will have to swap bulbs to see if it is the bulb or the actual housing that makes it more bright
