Anyone know if A8 (18" polished 5 spoke) will fit (unmodified) on an '01 S4? If they do, Anyone have any they are trying to get rid of?

I'd consider swapping after the winter, if the S4 rims could handle 245/50/17 tires.

Not sure about S4 size rim/tire tho

Unless you're talking about 2004+, which are 18", but then you're on the wrong forum.
I'm just about ready to sell my 17s in order to upgrade.

In regards to the 17" thing...I know I've seen the 18" 5 spoke on A8s at the Dealership (they look just like the TT polished 5 but are 18") The above mentioned 17s are identical to the Factory A4 wheels (which im trying to sell from my old A4). I wish I could find pix of them but I have searched everywhere...any help?

BTW...Im located in Southern PA (Lancaster). I will have to find out if the S4 rims will hold 245s. keep in touch

He had them mounted with spacers and shod with 225/40 tires. I was glad to rescue them and put them to proper use on my A8! Top is "before," with 17-in rims, bottom is "after."
