As long as the bolt spacing is correct, and you use the correct tire, yes it will fit.

18x8.5 ET35 is no problem.
Tires would be
245/45-18
255/45-18
See mine with 20x9.5 ET30 with 255/35-20 all around. (by the way they are for sale)

Since you have 9.5" wide ET30 wheels ...
Do you think a 265/40-18 would clear the fenders and front upright on an 18x9.5 ET30 wheel? There are some great tires available in this size, like the BFG KD and the Pirelli PZero Corsa.
Th OD of the 265/40-18 is about 0.3" smaller than the S8's OE 245/45-18, and about 0.6" smaller than the 255/35-20.<ul><li><a href="http://www.audipages.com/upgrades/tiresizeoptions.html">Audipages A8/S8 tire options</a></li></ul>
