I know I have asked several times before, but I have gone through just about everything suggested. I don't have a vag or bentley yet. But all the abs sensors seem to be working and are clean. I even took apart each connector and put dialetric grease in them. I found a loose emergancy brake switch (I disconnected it for now, I can figure out how to take apart that console yet). I did find out that my rear driver side caliper hangs up when I put the emergancy brake on. the pass side releases. Do I need a new caliper or rebuild kit? How do I adjust the emergancy brake cable? is there seperate adjustments for left and right side? Here is what happens. I start the car the lights cycle light normal.. I drive the car and after awhile could be hours could be minutes the abs and emergancy brake light come on. the emergancy brake light comes on even after it has been disconnected from the switch.. question how can that be?? Also a bit more info I met up with someone from here who has a vag he pulled the codes and one of them came back termail 30 low voltage. (but when I had this code come back I did not have these issues.. just a check engine light.) I noticed in my owners manual in the fuse box it has a abs termainal 30 fuse. could thes be linked to that code? do you have to set the vag to brake setting to pull just brake codes? I never used it. anyway here are the pieces to the puzzel it would be great to have help figuring it out. thanks guys
