ABS & ESP lights are coming on while driving.............

ABS & ESP lights are coming on while driving.............
This started happening after front end work, control arms, tie rods.. It seems like when I am driving continuously on a highway its fine, but when I come to a stop at a light they both do on, I kill the engine and start the car again they turn off, and come back on after a while...... Any thoughts...... Thanks
