Default ABS light

I've tried searching the forums but I couldn't come up with the same problem as mine. My ABS light comes on and stays as soon as I start my car. A few seconds later the brake light starts to blink. About a year ago the light would come on when I turned the steering wheel and I repaired the break in the line going to the sensor. The difference being is the light comes on immediately and stays on. Anyone have any possible solutions.

Default My A4 does that and read that it was an ABS Sensor. Not sure if that was it though.

haven't had it looked at.

Pull the code, it will tell you what is wrong.

I was hoping maybe someone had the same problem in the past. What type of machine do I need? I'm fairly new to Audi.

Default You need vag-com to communicate with the car

Plus the Bently manual.

Go to your local forum by choosing the drop down list at the top, then post a message "who has vag-com" and meet up with somebody who can pull the code for you.<ul><li><a href="http://www.ross-tech.com">http://www.ross-tech.com</a</li></ul>

If you want to try a shot in the dark w/o VAG COM, clean the ABS sensors all around once.

Take your car to Autozone. I know they can pull engine codes, maybe they can pull an ABS code. They don't charge.
