Well it's about time Audi and it only took 2 years....At this point, I do not care..This is over and done with and I am pleased with their offer.. At least I will be, once I have the check from Audi.... Remember guys, never back down on anything when you know you are right....They knew that I should not have to just let this go on a $75,000 car and I did not let it go..Why should I? You can't get anywhere with AOA or your stupid dealer..You need to go around them and get in touch with the top people in this company.. In the end, I got what I needed to get....Peace of mind knowing that AOA is never going to pull a fast one on me.. Now, I think I will go order the new A12L but because my low rent dealer and stupid salesman would not do a thing about my car and never cared about me but only wanted my money, I will write the owners a nice letter telling them why I am now going to another dealer after all this time.. Hey you stupid$#!@& dealer, learn how to take care of your customers and don't leave out your highline buyers! I did not buy a 10 year old Toyota from you! Audi of America still needs to get it together..After all, they only took 2 and a half years to please the customer! Anyway, it's all over and I'm happy about it....Thank You everyone for the tips..I'll keep you posted if and when I order the A12L....
