Not as much as for the A4 and A3 series, but there are some things out there..
if you have the dough... The MTM exhaust is out of this world, but I think it is something like $5000, a bit too steep for my tastes. Check it out on the earlier post listed below. The S8 in your link actually has a Cargraphic exhaust, not MTM...
Maybe the MTM badge is for the ECU or brake upgrade???? Or just for the hell of it :-)?

You could do this....

Common S8 upgrades include the following 10 items...
and you can use the Search function to learn more about each of these:
1. X-pipe on the exhaust (not too many exhaust replacements that I'm aware of)
2. Nav upgrades (RNS-E or RNS-D)
3. iPod interface or Phatbox installation
4. Wheels & tires (check out KYNZ's gallery)
5. Trunk spoiler/lip ($60 w/ custom S8 painted)
6. Radar/laser/jammer
7. Bi-Xenon headlights (me likey)
8. PIAA yellow ion crystal bulb upgraded fog lights
9. Sub-woofer installation
10. Tinted windows and/or clear bra
Unless you don't like the S8 suspendo, I don't know why you'd consider switching- it seems near perfect for most owners.
