I agree with your list. I'm just trying to see what else I missed. I did a search and not too much stuff came up. I wanted to do suspension, because I like to ride low.

EXTENDED WARRANTY 8-). Comprehensive list Jim, add a few slight bits:
- 15mm spacers (if keep OE wheels)
- Servotronectomy
- K&N insert (debatable power gain but get some more sound)
- better pads / rotors

Careful there - I find my OE suspension about as low as I'd ever want, I've bottomed out...
...my front subframe before, nooooot a fun sound / feeling. Not to mention making the bumpers all the more susceptible to curb yoinkage - no thanks.
You'd be surprised, the clearance underneath is pretty tight stock (esp. if you use it in the fluffystuff). Me I'll fill in what little fender gap that is there with 255s.
