I know there have been discussions on this problem but i think my problem may be different. After about 10 minutes of driving i hear a sound like a flap slapping shut and air stops coming out of all the vents in my car, i can adjust the temperature and it makes no difference. If i use redirc then i get full air flow back, turn it off and within a couple of seconds the same slap shut noise and no air.
I have taken off the cover to the intake as suggested in other threads and watched the top flaps, these appear to move ok and indeed do not close when i hear the slap shut sound, so i do not think it is this flapper. Is there another one that can stop all air entering the car? Any ideas!
