Anyone ever have the airbag light come on? No codes via Vag Com. Suggestions?
Anyone ever change the Idle Air Control valve?
I stalled the other day, A/C was on and I was in reverse. Here's the code.
17915 - Idle Control Sys: Lower Regulation Limit Reached
P1507 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
I ran the diagnostic via Bentley and had some high IAC valve readings.
Thanks.

the airbag light should generate a code. are you sure you are checking the airbag module? it is module 15, and you shold confirm the coding to ensure you are accessing it correctly.
btw, a common code is the 532 one which simply designates a broken current supply from the battery, often caused by a flat battery.

Thus no codes. The battery is new (Jan 05). I cleared the codes. Checked it again, no new fault codes but the airbag light is still there. Strange. I'm thinking about just removing the light bulb.

it should access module 15. are you selecting it specifically on the scan? by default it is not selected for scanning codes.
do *not* remove the light. airbags are there to save your hide. with your skills and those of this group we can figure it out.
having said that, most likely, since you say that you have replaced the battery, you have a 532 code...

Here's the fault code
01216 - Seat Occupant Sensor; Passenger Side Rear (G178)
32-10 - Resistance too High - Intermittent
Now to look at bentley. Thanks Dave.
