For those of you that gave me your advice on my 2001 allroad that was throwing the 17125 code, here is my update: The transmission shifts very smooth and feels great, but the TCM showed a consistent 17125 code and triggered a 18032 ECM code. The dealer cleared the code(s) and told me I had a bad engine temp sender. Well I took it back to them today with the MIL lit and told them the transmission was throwing a code. They just called and asked if they could replace the torque converter. I said yes, reluctantly.

PS I posted to the A8 forum because there was very little transmission history on the allroad forum. Thanks again.
