However, if you look at the part number, it's a 4E0, which is a D3 A8......the D2 part numbers were 4D0.....no wonder it didn't look like a pre or post facelift D2 headlight.

The projectors MAY fit, but you can buy a HID retrofit kit for ~$250......
The headlight assemblies obviously won't fit, and for the price you would be better off getting a HID kit and retrofitting it to your existing projectors.
