Default Any answers?

-Are the front mats suppose to be like this with the floor carpet cut out?
-And I am guessing someone took out the seat back map pocket.
-How does shortening the cable shield make the headrest fixed?
Also,
I drove about 50 miles and then hte brake pad wear light reset. Is that normal or is just my car? And why is the throttle feel so not-sensitive at low rpm's?

Default Re: Any answers?

You're supposed to have another set of mats on top of the ones with the cut, at least that's what I have.
And yes, somedoby removed the back set pocket.

Default He means to say that your mats are fine.

and *** what *** reset after 50 miles??

Also, the car uses 2nd gear at low speeds instead of first to save gas. You have to tell the transmission computer to NOT do that to make it feel better.

Default How does shortening the sleeve fix it?

Well the f'ing geniuses at Audi spec'd a flexdrive cable with no retention clips.

This means the flexdrive cable is free to walk right out of the sleeve and you know what? IT DOES.

What a shock.

Default It is an easy fix. I just fixed my NEW A8 rear headrests a few days ago.15-20 minutes.

I've fixed one in Colorado with broken fingers
