Any opinions or experience with Meyle, Ocap or Hamburg Teknic control arm kits?

I remember reading some negative experience with some members with Meyle kits. Its about time for me to replace the control arms and I'm leaning toward the Ocap kit from Blauparts.

Mine was installed a year ago, no problems so far. I just installed another 12 piece kit on my wife's car last week. I will install a kit for a forum member in a couple of weeks. I buy them from ebay. deutschepartsusa $379 with shipping.

About 12K miles and the shock mount bushings in the lower straight arms were shot. They're crap. I bought replacement straight arms (TRW) from rock auto, but haven't had the chance to mount 'em up yet. If I was going to buy the whole front end again, I'd go TRW or OEM, or maybe try the setup Tozo's talking about. But in the case of the Meyle kit, you get less than you pay for, IMHO.

Three of the four arms for the Aluminum upright S4 are the same as the Aluminum upright A8 (facelift and newer??) The top front one is different. The difference is that on the A8 the inner bolt on the top front wishbone passes through top-to-bottom while on the S4 it is front-to-back. The inner mount is rotated 90 degrees from one car to the other.
I previouslhy had the Meyele Imrpoved kit installed by an indie. I'm fairly certain they did the final tightening under full droop which contributed to the early failure of the arms' inner rubber bushings..some tearing evident. They need to be tightened at RIDE HEIGHT so they don't tear under full compression or extension.
I installed the Febi-Bilstein kit myself. It has been great so far. The Meyele got clunky inside of a year. The Febi-Bilstein kit is meant to be of superior quality. So far, so good.
The guy at PAP also included all the nuts bolts, steering end links and sway bar end links, so it was a complete kit. He did get the top front arm wrong initially but promptly corrected it. It has been close to a year now with nary a thump. Too soon to know if the extra cost was worth it, but I sure hope so.
