Default Piece of cake on my '02 S8 w/ Alcantara, but can't get the '03's to budge...

and I've tried almost everything including a method that nicely removed them from my 996 cab. It's almost as if they're woven into the plastic fabric.

I'll have a word w/ my service advisor and see if he can provide the inside scoop- been meaning to do it for awhile.

It is SO much nicer in the cabin w/o them!

I used goo gone. You can find it in autozone or similar store. Rubbed it on the edges and peel.

Default Please share - Would like to remove them from my '98 with Alcantara but fear damage

What's your secret?

Wouldn't "Goo Gone" cause staining or something of the sort?

I did not use Goo Gone. Light rubbing alcohol IIRC - they came right off.

Really? That's strange. Never heard of that. If anything, WD40 should work then.
