If you know certain ones lemme know and I can compile a comprehensive list (maybe add it to audipages?)

Great resource. Are P/Ns just Sylvania or generic? Is Sylvania a good bulb?

Default Generic. for example, the brake light is listed as 7528, which you can buy anywhere from

7-11 to Pep Boys to the dealer.

The important thing to note is that several different bulbs can fit in any given slot, esp for brake lights and turn signals. It sux when you have a dim bulb where a bright one was spec'd...esp in a brake light application where it could be a contributing factor in a rear end collision if not seen soon enough.

Default I don't think the brake light bulb is 7528

I looked at the catalog in Advance Auto without taking out my burned out bulb first, and bought the recommended 7528 bulb.

Come to find out, the bulb that is in my car is 7506, and also has the little "bumps" both near the bottom of the housing, rather than offset like the 7528 bulb.

PS: why do I have only a left brake light bulb, and not a right bulb?

Default I just put a pair of 7528's in my car last week. pulled the card out of the trash today to confirm.

maybe your 2003 S is different than my 1999 A, though.

Default Update: I am not as smart as I should be.

the brake light is indeed 7528; I had mistakenly pulled the bulb from the "trunk" compartment versus the "fender" compartment, which was the 7506.

Sorry for the confusion.
