Firstly, everyone involved is okay that's the most important thing. I noticed that the loaner is covered under a fleet insurance policy. I wonder what they will come after me for, full damage, deductible ? The person I hit claimed they were at fault (abrupt stop). If anyone has advice I would appreciate it.

Shouldn't cost you anything. It should be covered under the dealer's fleet policy.

Most dealers have you sign a loaner agreement having your insurance cover accidents.

That is what I thought. I wrote down the policy number and contact info from the insurance card in the car (fleet insurance). I was thinking they would be looking for their deductable back.
