The set you link to is for the A4 and A6 Meyle part number 116 050 0020/S and the full kit for the A8 is 116 050 0021/S The "S" at the end denotes all the extra bits: tie rods, bolts, end links.

Here is the full Meyle Audi catalog. It is a 360 page .pdf so it takes a little while to download.

Start at page 150 or so and page down - you will see the A4/A6 kits listed separately from the A8 kit.
