...I'm still on original warranty, they claim adjustments like this (similar to rattles) are only covered free of charge in the first 12mos/12k miles. It's the upteenth time I've been told that 12mo/12kmil crap. Anyone has ANY document that shows this to be the case in the original warranty period? I'm about to call AoA and request some documentation...

and if it doesn't specifically state that these items are not covered, go back to the dealer and show it to them. If they still refuse, threaten legal action. I HATE frivolous lawsuits, but hopefully the threat will make them come to their senses.

Make sure your jack point under the front side of the door is in there.....if it falls out (like mine did), it makes a wind noise.
