A question all who've bought cars with Audi Assured: what sort of documentation came with your closing papers? Was Audi Assured specified on your sales contract? My documentation looks a little thin, and I don't want to sign off until I'm sure it's right.

The car is an almost new (7500) Audi executive car - like to think that the dealer wouldn't resort to funny business on a deal like this, but just in case... It's a great advantage to be able to ask (other than the dealer) how this is supposed to work. Thanks!

Shouldn't the original warranty still be in force, not the Audi Assured extended warranty?

I believe "Audi Assured" goes with the basic factory warranty, if you have time/mileage left. Do you mean "Certified"?

If you're getting Audi Assured on top of the factory warranty, just make sure it's a line item on the bill of sale.

I bought my car in late December, and the "official" really nice Audi Assured packet just came in the mail yesterday or the day before.

I thought I got taken by the dealer... However, a friend who works at a competing dealer told me that the info comes in the mail shortly thereafter.

I don't think I would let anyone I know buy one of these cars w/o the Audi Assurance.

Certified is the same as assured. It takes effect after the original warranty is over. I don't think the assured provides the same coverage as original warranty (Obviously excluding the free maintenance stuff)
